Terms and Conditions (Online Coaching)

These terms cover all online coaching, subscriptions and digital services provided through rebootfitnesscoaching.com. By purchasing or using any of these services, you agree to the terms below.

This site is owned and operated by Alvin Nurse. All services are delivered online. Any in person coaching is covered by separate terms.
All content you receive from Reboot Fitness Coaching is for your personal use only. This includes videos, PDFs, written plans, spreadsheets and any other materials.
You agree not to copy, share, upload, sell or distribute any of it without written permission.
Coaching is designed to support general fitness, strength, movement and everyday health.
Alvin Nurse is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. He is not a doctor, physiotherapist, dietician or medical professional.
All information provided is educational and should not be used as medical advice. You agree to seek medical guidance if you have any concerns, injuries or symptoms before following exercise or nutrition recommendations.
To get the intended results, you agree to:
• Complete all required forms honestly, including PAR Q and Informed Consent
• Tell us about any changes to your health, injuries or medication
• Follow the plan as best as you reasonably can
• Ask questions if something is unclear
• Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain or concerns and get medical advice when needed
If more medical information is required before training can continue, you must provide it.
All services listed on the site at the time you order are covered by these terms.
We aim to describe services as accurately as possible, although small differences may occur.
We may reject or cancel an order when necessary. If payment has been taken and the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Payments for coaching are handled through approved third party payment providers.
By entering your payment details, you give permission for the provider to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.
If a payment is flagged as unlawful or suspicious, we may cancel the transaction.
If you join an ongoing monthly program, your subscription renews automatically. You are charged each billing cycle until you cancel.

Please give enough notice so the cancellation can be processed before your next payment is submitted.
GoCardless usually submits payments two working days before the billing date, so you agree to contact us at least two working days before your next scheduled payment.
Refunds are not provided for renewal payments once they have been processed.
Once you cancel your subscription, your access to any course materials, community groups or other included resources will end at the close of your current billing cycle. If you return in the future, your access will be restored, but we cannot guarantee that your previous progress, completion status or membership level will be the same.
If you pick up an injury and need to pause your coaching, email [email protected].
Injury pauses are granted at our discretion. No evidence or paperwork is required.
Pauses are not offered for holidays or general breaks.
If you are brand new to an online coaching program, you can request a refund within the first 14 days of your first payment.
Email [email protected] within this 14 day window.
There are no refunds for monthly renewals.
If you wish to stop, follow the cancellation process in section 7.
If you live in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying a service.
If you ask for coaching to begin within this 14 day period, you agree to pay for any part of the service already provided before cancellation.
Anything above that amount will be refunded to you.
This legal right does not apply to certain types of goods and services set out in consumer law.
If any of those exemptions apply, they take priority over these terms.
The site may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Please read their terms before using them.
Reboot Fitness Coaching is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages that occur from using the site or following coaching instructions.
You participate in training at your own risk and agree to seek medical clearance when needed.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.
You agree to indemnify and protect Reboot Fitness Coaching from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the site or any breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is ever found to be invalid, the rest will remain enforceable.
We may update these terms from time to time to stay compliant with the law and to reflect how the service operates.
If significant changes are made, we will notify users by email or through the site.
